After running bubble soccer events across Sydney for years, we've had to close our doors - we were unable to find an insurer willing to provide public liability cover for this kind of activity. For years, Bubble Sports Sydney brought bubble soccer to parks, parties and corporate events all over Sydney. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find an insurer willing to provide public liability cover for this kind of activity, and we've made the difficult decision to close.
We know a lot of you were looking for a fun, active group event - so we wanted to point you towards Battle Archery, a Sydney-based crew running high-energy, foam-tipped archery tag events that we think captures the same spirit: everyone playing together, no experience required, and a whole lot of laughing.
A word of warning if you go looking for another bubble soccer operator
Always ask to see a copy of their current public liability insurance certificate before you book or play. Playing with an operator who doesn't hold valid cover is risky for you and other players if something goes wrong, and it will also breach the terms of business for many parks, schools and venues - which could leave you personally on the hook if there's an incident.
